早餐:虱目魚肚、大陸妹、蒟蒻麵、白飯

午餐:雞胸肉、青花菜、玉米筍、四季豆、杏鮑菇、白飯

下午茶:無調味堅果

晚餐:排骨、鮭魚、青花菜、香菇、白蘿蔔、木耳、白飯

喝水量:2000cc
