Am in pain today. Alot of pain. When I am like that I want to eat fat, sugar, chocolate. I shall of course endeavour to resist but all my coping mechanisms tend to disappear or become impossible when I am in so much pain. Mind over matter.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Even if it did take me a while to figure out exactly how this site works and how to see if someone has responded to a post. I'm putting it down to a pain brain not me being a dozy moo. :-)
