For yesterday drank 2 liters of water and .4 liters of diet soda
I love maths. Therefore I record everything. Therefore I know how much I should be losing based on my calculated calorie deficit. Therefore when i lose more than expected i do research.
Conclusion of research a lb of fat is 3500 calories we know this but i did not know that a lb of muscle is only 600 calories.
What this all means is as of now each week I are losing 6.6 lbs of fat and 3.3 lbs of muscle.
Not great but now we know what to do add resistance and increase protein.
Maths is cool (and i am a nerd)
