Not much of a weightloss for this week but I'm excited about the exercise I've started. I'm walking before and after school for 30 min. and using the kettlebell 3x/week. Prevention magazine has a great workout routine for the kettlebell and I found one at T J Maxx for $10. I really like using it because it's cardio and strength training at the same time. Hopefully, this will make a difference on the scales next week. Now, if I can work on the "gentle" nutrition aspect of intuitive eating. That's the missing link for me.
High school students start back to school tomorrow and I look forward to all their bright and shining faces. The college classes that I teach start next week. I feel like I'm starting a marathon...ready, set, go!!
