W.T.F!! They say that I work out too much so I put on weight!!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

That's right !!! They told me the exact thing. I've been on a plateau for almost 3 weeks and they said it's because i'm on a new plan and that i worked out too much. I do know that muscles weight more than fat but it'still sounds crazy to me. Well will see when i go weigh in today.

Don't give up. I just heard that that muscle story is a myth, but that it takes a little while for the body to start losing again once you seriously start working out.........you are doing great!!!

You can over train but, if you really need answers go to www.bodybuilding.com I promise your answers will be there. I've been working out all my life with weights and have never known it to make me gain fat only muscle .Remember focus on progress, not perfection.
