One more up day but a much smaller one didn’t go to the gym yesterday but kept strictly to the diet.

I have been going for over a mouth now and i know when my first situation that is going to knock me off the diet will be. I’m having lunch with some friends a week from Sunday. I think i need to plan what i am going to eat in advance look at the menu online and pick the dish. I plan my weeks meals now and if i do the same with eating out i think i will be ok.

There is a lot of work that goes in to this but i am determined to make it work.

Lunch with friends doesn't have to knock you off. Planning is essential though. You will be fine.

Don’t forget that you can always check to see if someone will split something with you depending on the social situation. Good luck. Eating out is tricky for many.

You got this. Just REALLY think about it and plan, get the plan on what you're going to do/eat in your head, and then stick to it and enjoy the feeling of having victory over it!

Abbadabba shrimp yuck! (I don’t eat sea monsters) but the salad will be part of it. I have been looking at the menu online (cheesecake factory) and trying to pick something i like the idea of splitting and i have looked at the apps part of me wants to have a bigger meal a “controlled” blow out. I being so strict and I’m happy that it is working but i also want to have a good meal. I juts have to be aware of the consequences.
