I hate my Mondays both workload-wise and diet-wise. There's almost no time to shop for snack, let alone think of what I buy. Got distracted by a discounted yoghurt today, but not all that looks like yoghurt necessarily is one. Never again will I buy anything from SMILE line - it may be cheaper, tastier, but all that there is is saturated fat and sugars *is disgusted*
