Hey everyone! I'm kind of new here 😂

I had an account about 5 years ago but I'm not sure what my account info was so I had to start fresh. Being here really helped me out before but the weight slowly packed itself back on so I guess it's time to give it another go(and keep it off this time!) In the past limiting processed foods, water, and moderate exercise has helped me shed the weight. But I've always struggled with willpower! I fail to moderate junk food and i can't stop at a few bites. I end up over eating and i can't help myself.

I'm 'all or nothing'. I either eat really well, or I fall off the wagon and hit every rock on the way down. I would say my biggest goal right now is to learn moderation. I dont think I will keep off the weight after I lose it if I dont learn how to enjoy my favorite foods in small doses.

But I'm glad to be back 😊
