200gr dada ayam masak dengan 3 caberawit. 3 siung baput dan kencur diuleg kasar . tumis dengan 1 sdm minyak sd harum . masukkanndada ayam aduk sd merata tambah garam dan gula sjumput air 50ml diamkan sd air berkurang . labu kukus
