昨天彻底放飞了一天,尤其中午,三碗大锅菜 ,很油,两个香蕉+柚子,一大捧瓜子,晚上吃了一个半蛋黄酥,反正都是高糖高热的东西,今天很后悔,模式继续走起来吧,还是清清爽爽的好🤔🤔
