Macadamia nuts are the food of the devil. I love them, but with a few cavalier handfuls I tacked on 600 calories. Blew a good day calorie wise.
I know, I'm on atkins and I'm only supposed to count carbs, but I've had problems with atkins in the past and I think it's calorie related. My calories are out of site, but less than my burn, so I'm curious to see how that plays out regarding weight loss. (Currently consuming appx. 4000 calories with 30g net carbs).
I also got some fresh ketostix (I'm an old timer). Turning purple so something is going right. We shall see...
