Day 4
Pilates again last night. They say you don't feel it in the body untill almost a week, but for me it just took 3 days!
I'm sore, but it remindeds me 'Hey! You're doing something good for yourself!' all day.
Been on the 1800/55 plan since I started pilates & yoga, keeping the food diary really seems to be helping me think about what I put in my system. Have'nt gone over at all so far!
