果然涨比降要简单的多啊,多吃了二百多卡,平常1100左右,昨天1320,还不到我的基础代谢,为什么就涨了4两,天啦噜,今天调整一下,15号就四周了,初步阶段结束啦,看看我能不能到53kg呢😄😄😄
