I am back. I have been off on a hiatus for a few weeks but I am getting back into serious weight loss and training. I have a month to do a physical fitness test for the office and I really want to show up some of the people in my office so I am serious. I am dieting, taking some supplements to help me and watching what I eat. If I pass this upcoming test it could be a life/career changing thing for me and I am going to give it my best shot.
