I have one from Walgreens (it's all they had, would have avoided it if they had a cheaper option since I don't need bells and whistles), and I have no idea how accurate it is with the other stuff but I doubt its accuracy with some of its features too. I have no idea how the scale is supposed to tell this stuff.

Yes I did, and it says 12% if I change the setting from “female” to “athletic female.” 😳 With my weight going down, the numbers on body fat rate has been consistently going down, too, just far off from where I think I’m supposed to be at. I’m definitely not that muscular or toned.

Thanks, keyten! I just tried the website with the tape measure and it says 21.9%, which sounds more accurate than my not-so-“smart” scale. Throwing it in the trash 😤

Mine is similarly inaccurate, but I use it for monitoring trends.

Those are usually not accurate but 1) you are thin 2) don’t look there, look at what you see in the mirror :) I am also 18-20% I just know my body looks different at 18.
