Today is the last day of summer break :( Teacher workdays start tomorrow and students come back on Friday. I'm looking forward to the new school year but not to the stress. This will be my 29th year of teaching. It doesn't seem that long. Where did all the years go??
Even though I'm eating intuitively, I'm going to record everything I eat this week just to see how many calories I'm eating and the breakdown of carbs/protein/fat. After that, I really need to focus on the "gentle nutrition" aspect of intuitive eating. This may be a great way to maintain my weight but I'm not sure that it will work for me to lose weight this way. Other people may be more successful. I wish it would work for me.
