I have noticed that I have been on a steady incline in weight gain since the end of April.
I have to keep up my momentum with my weight loss goals and realize why I was losing weight in the first place.
For instance, I can not blame other people or instances on my weight gain. I can only blame myself for any gains or losses I may experience in this challenge.
