❤️❤️❤️😔 it’s been the same here. 92 degrees to a high of 60 with a low of 45. I love fall!! But I hear ya. My RA/ Fibro flare seemed to have broke this morning 🤞 I’m sorry you’re hurting friend. You don’t know the pain, until you know the pain, and none of us wish that on anyone 😩 hugs 💜💚

Thanks JCmama. Happy for you that you are feeling better, sorry that you have frequent flares, they hurt like H%$*(!!. I feel for anyone with that pain especially if it happens often. I'm lucky as so far the old fibro (diagnosed in early 1980's) has never gotten pervasive just a rare flare and hangs around in the background as a little bit annoying. No wish for the pain or exhaustion etc. that goes with it for anyone. I'm planning on some sleep tonight as a no alarm day tomorrow. My pups get excited when I tell them that. LOL they know I won't do the normal am workday routine.

Sorry you’re not feeling well 😞. Our weather in Oklahoma did the same! Low 90’s to 50’s yesterday and today I think it got up to 71.

Jc and WholeFood, I'm glad you're both feeling better! 🌈🌈🌈 I'm hopping from foot-to-foot waiting for that "cold" front to get down here (expected overnight lows of 65°). I love that first autumn morning when I open the door and get a cool kiss instead of a hot wet slap! 💚💜💛

It was interesting watching the news and how this cold front is switching many from hot hot summer to fall in one swoop as it travels East! Enjoy the cooler weather everyone. I may open up some windows and let some fresh air in once the rain stops. I am learning the ins and outs of my new food vacuum sealer. I've done some in bags, some in mason jars and discovered the containers I bought do not fit the adapter on my sealer but the hand pump works well. I am not getting things accomplished quickly but it's a learning process on what works and what does not. Trying to find solutions for cooking, having good healthy easy meals and not wasting any food.
