Today I got my 8 weeks schedule for my 10k, I am getting really excited for this, I have only been running again for 3 weeks, but it comes back so quickly. I can run 3 miles straight, and when I am done I am still full of energy and not out of breath, so I am excited,
I am in the best shape I have ever been my whole life!! My new eating plan is going good, no while flour its actually been pretty easy.
