I'm not a fan of scales because they're all different. Two days ago, I stepped on a scale and it said I was 203. When I got home 2 hours later the scale said 196. When I stepped out of the shower (20 mins later...all dry) I was 197 1/2. This morning I am 197. It'll be fun when I step on the scale at the plasma place to see where I am at.

Well that's because each scale is calibrated differently. Some are more accurate than others. Some people don't put theirs on a balanced hard floor (that's where they work best). You need to stick to one scale as your "official" scale in order to gauge your weight loss accurately. You also have to remember that your body weight changes throughout the day because of water weight. Your weight can change hourly. Just pick one scale, and weigh same clothes, same time of day (morning is usually best before eating and after going to the loo). Good luck!
