Always fluctuate one-two pounds between morning to night/day to day.... down about 9 pounds in a month. Not bad! Cutting calories and watching what I eat. Started drinking a weight loss drink a few days ago to help curb appetite. Has helped a lot! I pretty much eat lunch and a snack and don’t feel hungry all evening. If I can keep this rate going, I should be at my goal by end of the year! Hoping to not plateau!!!
