tadi pagi nimbang 44,8kg. belom seminggu sih. sama2 masih dalam keadaan surplus, tp pas 2 minggu awal surplus, bb ga naik2 msh ttp 42 aja. itu surplus doang, olahraganya agak kurang. tp belakangan ini masih sama surplus tapi +olahraga 3-5x/minggu, bb naik udah sampe 43,5kg (bisa nyampe 45an sih kl misal nimbang pas kenyang😁).
