Today at work, they decided to bring in cake. Does anyone else hate free food at work? And why can't they bring in cartons of Blueberries or Strawberries or Apples and Bananas? Why is it always cake, ice-cream, pizza, tacos, food that one could slap on the beer belly or theighs? Who's with me?

Because it's cheaper to feed a group of people with unhealthy food than it is to bring in the healthy stuff. So frustrating!

I work at a call center and...lets just say not everyone is very fit. People sit all day talking to people with very little movement. So, I think it's a bad idea to be served t his food. But it's so tempting! I'm trying to lose weight and free food is right in front of me.

I so totally hate it. However, just recently, we got an admin who is an expert in baking healthy alrernatives. She has officially been designated the person to bake the fat free or low fat pastries for birthdays. Totally awesome!
