Reached my 1st goal weight of 110 lbs, from 119 (54kg) to 109.5 (49.7kg) in a month, yay! 🥳 4.5 more to go until my 2nd goal of 105, the lowest I’ve had in my adult life. I CAN DO THIS!!
Now that I’m used to a low-carb, whole foods (not PB) diet with intermittent fasting 14:10, I won’t count and record every intake calorie any more. Doing a 30-min bodyweight workout and a 40-min walking at least every other day.
