Starting my diet journey once again. Although I must say this time is going to be the last. I always stop a couple weeks in and then gain a majority if not all back. Not this time. I am determined!! I have until the first day of summer (June 21st) to reach my goal weight of 135! I can do this! I no longer have any distractions or temptations. Everything unhealthy is out of my kitchen and I restocked it with $200 of healthy foods from my meal planner. I have from the 1st to the 15th breakfast lunch and dinner planned out and I will not deviate!! I will begin P90X 90 days before my goal date so I can finish it out and reach all my goals together and continue my healthy life style from there. I will not let this baby body have control of my life any longer! I will be a confident, strong, independent woman!!
