Hi all.. sorry baru bales yaaah, berikut resepnya:
- 8 sdm oats dihaluskan
- 1 telur ayam
- 1 pisang
- Susu lowfat dikit aja
- sejumput garam dan baking powder
- 1/2 sdt bubuk cokelat (optional)
- 1/4 sdt cinnamon powder (optional)
Aduk semua bahan jadi satu, lalu panggang dengan api kecil di teflon dgn sedikit coconut oil. Selamat mencoba yaaa :)

Btw resep ini untuk 2 porsi yaahhh.. yg di foto cm 1 porsi. Kalori per porsi 318kcal an hehehe
