ok i am doing good today friends. eggs/and turkey bacon for breakfast--- and steak and squash for lunch!! no carbs to be found i hope :)!

No carbs as far as I can see, good work. Hmmm, I think I may have strayed a little too far off course, I see lot's of carbs in what I ate today.
