Doing low carb with no protein restriction. Goal is to stay under 20 total carbs a day. I got so big that I crippled myself by straining an old knee injury. Limping, taking stairs one at a time. Gonna keep trucking with this.

Young people have no idea how hard it is to loose weight over 50.
Fasting can help with arthritic pain, when your sick your body will not let you eat because it's trying to repair it's self. Fasting can heal all ailments, Even Jesus encouraged fasting with prayers.
I like Jason, you may also like Butter Bob brigs "butter makes your pants fall off", he has some good knowledge on fasting.
To help keep you on track lookup "sugar the bitter truth", proof the food industry is plotting against you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM
All calorie are not the same!
Hang in there it's worth it for a better quality of life.

almost 63... like within 10 days. Yep, losing weight when older is harder. Nothin tightens up quite right if'n you know what I mean. I hate losing weight in my little toe first, then my boobs, I mean, really. I draw a line in the sand but the body refuses to listen! and... of course, I practically need to be 99 pounds and starving to lose the belly weight that everyone says -oh use apple cider vinegar it burns belly fat fast. SO anyone out there where that has really happened?? Let me know. That's always the last to go and like I said so underweight I have to be that I'm begging for food.
