昨晚夜市晚餐是12盎司的沙朗牛排配4杯紅茶又吃一顆文旦又甜又好吃,9:30的宵夜是炸三角骨配玉米鬚茶和半顆芋頭酥,昨天是mc第一天,奇怪今早量體重反倒瘦了。
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
