Not a bad day today. I was done on the treadmill this morning by 11:30 and I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and made a nice salad for lunch. I was out taking dad to the Drs. office this afternoon and I didn't get back early enough. I had chick. breasts out so I threw them on the grill with BBQ sauce and threw some baked potatoes in the oven and made a nice tossed salad. I managed to avoid an ice cream sandwich or bar for dessert. Instead I am having a coconut cherry cocktail this evening.
I weigh in tomorrow am. I am hoping for any loss. We'll see.
