Yay! I lost a pound after only 2 days! Planning on going out to eat today to Bennigan's. I have already looked on the online menu and decided that I am going to have the grilled salmon along with steamed veggies (broccoli and green beans). Maybe I will try out the quiche recipes I found tomorrow morning for breakfast. TTFN
