100g cooked salmon, I used a small tablespoon of coconut oil, without salt 🧂 !! And 1/2 carrot 1/2 peeled cucumber 🥒!! Dinner was absolutely perfect 🐟

Well, I’m not too tall but I gained some weight when I moved to another city. So just trying to go back heh
