Good Sunday Morning!
Hello everyone, I am back to enter my confessions! I just want to say first of all that I had a wonderful time on Friday. We ate and ate and ate! I was so full by the time it was dinner that I swear I couldn't decide on where to eat. All I wanted mostly on Friday was desserts. I wanted what I felt that I was deprived of on Atkins. I did not want to waste my day on eating more meats! I can have meats when I return to dieting! I had some meats but I mainly concentrated on the really bad desserts! Deserts that I could never have on any diet! The kind of desserts that makes your mouth water just from looking at it in a magazine or looking at it on television....You know desserts like that!
I hope this plan works out for me because I really want to do it again at the end of October. I gained about 5lbs, but I know that I will have the 5lbs off this week or mid next week.--Can you guys believe that I gained 5lbs in one day!-- My goal is to hit the 170s' by the end of this month or by the end of the first week of October.... even if it's 179.8!
Anyway guys! Wish me luck and I will keep you posted on how this once a month (Reward Day) works out for me.
I am a little nervous but I think I can pull this off....Only time will tell! Next weigh in is Saturday! I hope I don't disappoint myself!
I'm off to exercise guys, I spent 84.4 min. on the treadmill yesterday distance was @ 4.67, Speed was @ 3.4. I am hopeing for a repeat today! Gotta Go! Got some exercising to do!

hey there good luck can u send me some tips on what u do to lose weight my doc told me i was a little over weight for my height help me to lose weight

How tall are you? Are you just starting out on Atkins? The induction stage is the best stage of Atkins if you want to see some quick results! Here is the way that I did induction and it worked for me everytime.... Eat mostly meats and if you are not eating meats eat salads or leafy green veg. Keep your salads limited to 20grams of carbs. Try to have at least 1 1/2cup of salad with lunch and dinner. When you have a snack make it baked ,grilled or boiled meats. You are going to have to cook and prepare your meals on this diet. If you do this exactly the way that I am telling you for two weeks, you are guranteed to lose at least 10lbs if not more. My sister and two of my friends did this diet this way and the lost a lot of weight in the first two weeks. Good luck! Oh! I am not saying that this is the correct way to do Atkins, I am only saying that this is how I do Atkins in the induction stage. Try it and see if it works for you!
