alhamdulillah barusan timbangan datengg jd bisa nimbang lg😅 udah nyiapin hati krn ngira udh naikkk banyak krn udah hampir 3 minggu surpluss ga teritung.. makanan jg ngasal aja apaaja dimakan (mungkin skrg udh 50% clean food+50% fun food). tp ternyata bb masih di 42.85 (naik 0.05 kg aja dr 24juli kmrn). ga percaya sih krn udh surplus banget serius. barusan aja baru ngemil makan tahu isi 1, mendoan 1, kue sus 1, pisang 1. besok pagi coba nimbang lg deh mastiin 😅
