My Habit ...

It is so hard to break the habit of eating. Takes 21days to break a habit. The habit I need to work on is snacking as I am preparing meals. I made Chicken Tortilla soup yesterday and realized by the time the soup was ready I was full. Before WW I would have then went on to eat the soup, this time I counted my snacked away points and realized that I was no longer hungry. Put the soup in the fridge for tonight!

somebody told me once to chew gum when you cook, and its worked for me

I keep my water cup in the kitchen right beside me, so I drink that instead. Well, mostly.

Good for you for sticking with it and not eating because you "have to". I need to learn this stuff and that's why Im glad I have joined WW. Good tips from the others too. I will remember these.
