Me: 152.0 lbs
Up 0.4 lbs from last week. We had a pizza night after a bad day at work for my DH. PLUS my water intake for the past 5 days has been little to none. I really feel that is the main reason for this gain. I feel like my body is still making progress and pat myself on the back for that. Trying to stay positive. :)
DH: 231.5 lbs
(Up 0.5 from last week. He has been so stressed at work the past week. I know this attributes to it. He does great at breakfast & dinner, but his lunches can really do him in. I need to start packing him a lunch at least a couple of times a week to help.)
