I ate a pint of cookie dough ice cream yesterday after the gym and I'm not sorry.... Well I'm slightly sorry since it was the same day that I ate 2 pounds of yogurt but whatever next time I'll pop a lactace tablet ... I burned more than I ate yesterday. One more day of this 4 week cycle at the gym and then I get to try a new routine my GF has been cookin up. I still don't know if I'm trying to gain or lose weight but for now I'm satisfied with just getting stronger and watching the weights at the gym go up.
