Friday is here !!!

For me is when the problem starts !! I loove to eat not so well on weekend!!

Let see how it goes ! .... anyone has the same problem ??

OMG! I just entered the same on my journal. YES! BIG Problem for me too. I love the weekends...eating and drinking. We can do this - gotta stay on track!!

I wake up thinking the same thing on fridays. We just have to remember what we want more, and if we do eat badly we usually regret it. im headed out to the lake and the temptation for beer and junk food and pressure of people asking you why you are skipping desert, etc etc. all contribute to my bad behavior. My mini goals this weekend are to : still get in 3L of water everyday this weekend, have 6 small meals throughout the day, eat conciously, Go for a run and wake board and swim, have a cheat meal to curb the cravings (im thinking macoroni salad and a couple pieces of turkey bacon) :) Get back to the city in time for a workout on monday!

thanks for posting ! Love monday's workout!!!! u just want to get rid of all the bad food that u ate LOL... Let's see how it goes !!! Keep up the hard work ladies !!
