Boo to weight gain :( I'm so upset I've been working a lot the past couple days and my time to exercise is just gone :( I try to do calisthenics at home but lifeguarding is so tiring a lot of times all I can seem to do is sit and watch TV!
49.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
