I have no idea what happened here. It may be the extra calories I ate, but then again, I worked my ass of at the gym! I am getting so damm frustrated now. I almost want to give up.

Are your clothes becoming more loose? You might see it in the clothes before you see it on the scale. It says on your history that your diet has been poor. 80% of losing weight is in our diet. Exercise is important, but our diet is really what takes our weight off. Maybe you are eating more than you think or maybe your not eating enough. Maybe take a week and really keep your diet in check and see what happens. I know it's hard and frustrating. You just want to scream sometimes. Keep going! Something will work!
