did things a little different in the gym this evening. wrist still hurts a little, but it doesn't seem to really affect my lifts if I don't go super heavy.

so I forgot to log it Tuesday, but I hit a few new personal records on the bench. most reps, most volume per set, most volume ever (a little over 23,000 total), most sets and reps, and the heaviest weight I've ever lifted for two reps lol.

did some dumbell curls to Arnold presses to warm up.

10 reps both arms at 35#
6 reps both arms at 45#

total lifted: 620 pounds in 16 reps in 2 sets.

today I skipped the bench and went straight for overhead press.

then I went over to the hammer strength iso-lateral high row machine. was running out of time, so I went for some quick lifts with little rest.

total weight lifted: 7,480 pounds in 32 reps in 6 sets.

total volume at the gym today (and if I had realized I was just shy of 100k, I'd have managed some more!): 97,101 pounds in 372 reps in 41 sets. pretty satisfied with my food today too. came in at just over 2800 calories and 200g protein. would have liked more fiber, but that's my only complaint for the day!
