minta tips dong biar makan banyak tapi jadinya tuh bukan nambah lemak tubuh, tp massa otot. apa abis makan musti ngelakuin apa gitu? atau?? sejak masum sekolah waktu utk workout agak susah, karena banyak tugas juga.. takut usaha selama libur kmrn sia2 dan lemak bergelambir balik lg😢😂
