Felt lousy yesterday. Really "bad" energy so I left work to ensure that I didn't associated the energy with work.
Still managed to eat within my calorie parameters though which is a good thing as eating used to be a prescription to my moods.
Trying Greek yogurt in my breakfast smoothie - slightly more calories but much more protein.
