Haven’t lost anything but happy with no gain after a lovely weekend away with my babies at Chessington eating all those full English breakfasts and yummy dinners! I haven’t gone overboard but aloud myself a cheesecake for pudding yesterday! Now back to healthy eating and calorie counting ✊🏻👌🏻
56.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
