Workout was wicked tonight! Run 4 minutes, Walk 1 minute (X6) for 30 minutes, plus 5 minute warmup and cooldown. This would have been no problem in the past. Tonight, I could hardly wait for my 1 minute walks. Brutal! Even had to ice my calves. Max'd out at a HR of 174 BPM. Glad I hung in there and finished it. I could have slowed my pace down so it wasn't as taxing, but that wasn't the plan. Have to do same tomorrow, then Sunday is a day of rest. Thank Goodness; that's the day I'm going to be on the road for about 12 hours, and I really won't feel like working out once I check into the motel.
All in all, a good day. Food intake well below RDI. Now, if I can get to bed at a decent hour, and not roam the halls thinking about food, I'm golden. Have a great evening. Toodles.
