This has been a bit of an up & down week for me but I'm very pleased with my weigh-in (222.4lb). Until next week's weigh-in, I plan to do alot of what I did this week, but replace a couple of my fatty foods (stir fried rice, pork chops, burritos :-/) with more protein shakes & smoothies and things like tuna or chicken... they have lots of protein and a lot less fat. Wish me luck with this... as I only like Popeye's Chicken and KFC original & crispy chicken. And I'm not a big fan of tuna. But I know I can do this... and I will!

You can get some really good rotisserie chicken if you know where to look. Idk what is around you, but little hole-in-the-wall type South American restaurants have some killer non-fried chicken. Also, even if you wind up just buying one from a grocery deli, one rotisserie chicken last a while for lunches and stuff. Regardless, this was a good week for you, be proud!

Thank you so much, I am proud and the rotisserie sounds delish, I'll have to check it out next time I'm at the grocery. How did your shopping go?
