I went on vacation and still lost 4lbs! I don't how I did it, but I'll take it :) I've been off my game with logging my food, but I'm ready to get back at it.
146.5 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
