I love Saturday. I slept until 10 am. I needed it after a very busy work week. Went walking with my Dad for an hour. Had a long, hot detox soak in the tub. I now feel so relaxed it's not likely to be a very productive day. Week on weigh in is tomorrow. I can't wait to see how much progress I've made.
