79.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

As frustrating as it is, at least no change is better then a gain. Stay strong and believe that no change this week may just be leading up to a bigger one next week. Good luck!
