Had a long day at work it seemed everytime I got to the opposite side of my patrol area (about 30 miles) I had to go back and then a pretty bad call came in, which is hard to keep in ok spirits and do your job with different events going and peoples lives changing for the worse,
I had sb cereal for bf yogart for snack piece of bbq chicken yuuuuummmmmmyyyy two hots (yes with buns) smart choice desert Came home and did 20min treadmill really wanted to do more but I felt very fatiqued so i pushed as long as I could and tried running for a bit but just didn't have the energy today but did do the 20min walk. Oh well tomorrows another day. All I can do is try, it sucks though cause my trip is 3 weeks away and I haven't lost any of the weight I tried for.
